1. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Items with physical damage, missing parts, or used condition will not be accepted.

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Missing items in the package

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Personal care items (if opened)

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed to your bank account.

5. Replacement Policy

  • We offer replacement only for damaged or defective products.

  • Replacement request must be raised within 5Β days of delivery.

6. Return Shipping

  • In case of damaged or wrong product, return shipping will be free.

  • For other reasons, shipping charges may apply.
